Our most basic package includes a copy of all the documents that currently affect title to the property recorded, from the last time the property was sold to the present. It also includes a copy of all the judgment liens (if any) filed against the owners that will attach to the property (involuntary liens).
The NFC will not disclose any title issues that may adversely affect the property.
